The terms
of your purchase.
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through toramello.com. By submitting an order, you agree to the applicable terms concerning products, pricing, payment, fulfillment, delivery, returns, and customer support.
Product selection and intended use
Product information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, included components, intended uses, and care information where applicable. Read the current product listing before ordering.
Appearance and included items
Color, texture, finish, and appearance may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screens, and normal production variation. Golf clubs, balls, bags, furniture, and other styling objects are included only when expressly listed.
Indoor Putting Mat
Check dimensions and available floor space. Place the mat on a suitable stable surface and keep the surrounding area clear. Roll, store, and clean it according to its instructions; surface conditions can affect how a ball travels.
Putting gates, mirrors, cups, and rails
These products provide different practice arrangements and alignment references. Confirm setup and dimensions for the selected item. Avoid forcing adjustable parts, stepping on components, or treating an alignment aid as protective equipment.
Swing-plane and tempo trainers
Use the product only as instructed and in a location with sufficient clearance for the complete movement. Keep people, animals, fragile objects, and obstructions outside the practice area.
Weighted Swing Trainer
Follow the specific instructions and inspect the tool before use. Do not swing near another person or use a damaged trainer. Product selection and use should reflect your ability and available space; no particular physical or performance outcome is guaranteed.
Golf Impact Bag
Review the supplied setup and use information, including any filling requirements where applicable. Do not assume a bag is supplied prefilled unless the listing says so. Use an appropriate placement and stop if damage develops.
Alignment Training Sticks
Handle long or pointed components carefully. Store them securely and keep them away from children. Do not use a training stick as a projectile or leave it where it creates a trip or contact hazard.
Groove cleaners and brushes
Check suitability for the club finish and follow the tool’s instructions. Avoid excessive force or scraping that could damage the equipment. Keep pointed cleaning ends and stiff bristles appropriately stored.
Towels, head covers, and pouches
Review dimensions, cover fit, closure design, and listed quantities. Use clips and closures as intended, and follow material-specific cleaning guidance. Protective accessories do not guarantee prevention of every type of damage.
Practice results
No specific score, handicap improvement, swing correction, or competitive result is promised. Results depend on technique, equipment, instruction, practice, and individual circumstances.
Responsible use
Inspect products before use, follow supplied instructions, and discontinue use if a component appears damaged or unsafe. Adult supervision may be appropriate around small parts, pointed tools, long sticks, or swing-practice equipment.
Prices, payment, and order acceptance
Availability
Products remain subject to inventory availability. Displaying an item does not guarantee stock will remain available until an order is processed.
Pricing and promotions
Prices may change before purchase. The checkout price applies to the transaction, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law. Promotions may have dates, exclusions, quantity limits, or combination restrictions.
Payment methods
Supported methods include PayPal, Visa, eligible Credit / Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where presented at checkout. Availability can depend on device, region, provider eligibility, and issuer authorization.
Authorization
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method and that billing information is complete and accurate. The relevant payment provider may require verification.
Confirmation and acceptance
An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. Payment, inventory, address, and transaction-verification checks may still be required before fulfillment begins.
Refusal or cancellation
An order may be declined or canceled if payment cannot be authorized, stock is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, or necessary verification cannot be completed. Collected funds for an unfulfilled canceled order will be reversed or refunded as appropriate.
Requested changes
Contact Customer Support promptly for an address correction, product change, or cancellation. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. A shipped order may need to follow the return process.
Checkout review
Review product names, selected variants, quantities, delivery details, shipping charges, taxes collected at checkout, and the final total before submitting payment.
Processing, transit, and returns
Processing
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days. During unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.
Estimated transit
After dispatch, transit is generally estimated at 10–15 business days to the United States; 11–16 business days to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia; and 15–20 business days to other available international destinations.
Tracking and delivery estimates
Tracking is provided where available. Initial movement commonly appears approximately 1–3 business days after label creation. Estimates are not guaranteed dates; weather, holidays, customs, carrier capacity, remote destinations, and address issues may affect delivery.
International charges
Duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage charges may apply to international shipments. Unless checkout states otherwise, these may remain the recipient’s responsibility.
Return window and condition
Eligible products may be returned within 180 days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Substantial use, customer-caused damage, staining, alteration, or missing components may affect preference-return eligibility.
Return instructions
Contact us before shipping merchandise. The published business address is not automatically the authorized return warehouse. Administrative instructions do not override statutory cancellation rights.
Refund timing
Eligible approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or provider may require additional posting time. Mandatory legal deadlines take precedence.
Business days
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable public holidays. Customer-service hours do not change processing or banking business-day definitions.
Corrections and mandatory protections
Errors and extraordinary events
Obvious typographical, pricing, technical, or product-data errors may be corrected. Material errors affecting an existing order may require customer contact before proceeding. Extraordinary carrier disruption, outages, natural events, or governmental restrictions may affect fulfillment.
Consumer rights and updates
Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates apply as permitted by law and do not retrospectively remove rights associated with an existing transaction.
Check the entire movement area before using any swing trainer. Product instructions and suitable clearance remain essential even during a short practice session.
