Course handbook / checkoutPayment & Security
Your checkout.
The clear details.
This policy explains payment methods, checkout totals, billing information, authorization, transaction review, cancellations, refunds, and payment-security practices for purchases made through toramello.com.
Before payment
Supported methods
Supported methods include PayPal, Visa, eligible Credit / Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where presented at checkout. Availability can depend on device, region, provider eligibility, and issuer authorization.
Checkout total
Before payment, checkout displays the selected products, quantities, applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes collected through checkout. Review variants, listed contents, and the final total before confirming.
Currency
The currency displayed at checkout is used for the transaction unless stated otherwise. Your financial institution may separately apply conversion charges or other fees outside our control.
Payment authorization
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method and have provided complete and accurate billing details.
Billing information
Material differences between your billing details and provider records may delay or prevent authorization. Check the information carefully before resubmitting a failed payment.
Provider processing
Payments are handled through applicable third-party payment systems. Providers process credentials under their security and privacy practices and may require additional authentication.
Transaction status and review
Security review
Transactions may undergo authorization, fraud screening, identity verification, or other review by providers, issuers, or financial institutions. Fulfillment may be held where reasonably necessary to resolve a concern.
Declined payments
A payment may be declined because of inaccurate details, insufficient funds, issuer restrictions, or security screening. Toramello cannot override independent authorization decisions.
Failed payments
Verify your billing and payment information. Contact your issuer or provider if you need an explanation of restrictions or authorization decisions specific to the transaction.
Pending authorizations
A temporary authorization may appear before settlement. A pending entry is not necessarily a completed charge and may later settle or be released. The provider controls release timing.
Duplicate pending entries
Two pending entries after a purchase attempt may reflect a temporary authorization rather than two completed charges. If both remain after normal processing, contact your institution and our support team with non-sensitive details.
Order verification
Limited non-sensitive information may be requested to verify an order. We do not require your full card number, CVV, payment password, or one-time authentication code.
Reversals, refunds, and support
Canceled orders
Where a canceled order requires a reversal or refund, the applicable amount is generally returned through the original payment method where possible. A pending authorization may instead be released.
Refund method
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. If this is not possible, Customer Support will explain an appropriate available arrangement.
Refund timing
Eligible approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days after approval. Mandatory legal deadlines take precedence. Banks and providers may require additional posting time.
Refund not visible
If more than 10 business days have passed after confirmed issuance and the credit is not visible, contact Customer Support and your institution with the order number and available confirmation.
Billing concerns
Contact us if you believe a charge or order is incorrect so the transaction can be reviewed. Nothing in this policy removes your rights with your issuer or payment provider.
Fraud prevention and support
Transactions may be checked for suspicious activity to reduce unauthorized purchases and misuse. For payment assistance, provide the order number, approximate transaction date, and relevant non-sensitive details only.
Never send full card numbers, CVV codes, banking passwords, PayPal passwords, Apple or Google account passwords, or one-time verification codes. Toramello Customer Support will not ask for these credentials by email or phone.
